1) Albus Bumblefuck(*Shrugs* I don't like Dumbledore) steals Lily Evans memories when he finds her at the house after the attack on the 31st and sends her to a hostipal in the USA.

But he did the same to her real husband Severus and sent James to Azkaban.

Harry's real name is Daylan Severus Snape and sent to his mothers family. Harry finds out about all of this by breaking into Bumblefucks mind.
